CENTER CURRICULUM
Our preschool curriculum is
developmentally responsive to early childhood growth. We emphasize
cooperative learning groups, language development, and providing a basic
foundation in math and reading skills. Encouragement is given towards
positive social, emotional and cognitive development. The continuity of our
curriculum is designed for each child's easy transition into the Willow
Wood School Kindergarten or Jr. Kindergarten program.

ASSESSMENT
Each preschool student three years and
older, receives
regular assessments - a non-threatening and fun process. After a
collaborative staff review of a child's progress, parents and teachers meet
to discuss the student's strengths in the area of social, emotional,
physical and cognitive development.
